Air Ticket
We kindly request you to supply all contact addresses for your time away from home, including telephone, mobile phone. This will enable us to contact you immediately in event of any irregularity with a flight on which you are booked.
If your travel plans change, we request that you cancel any flight reservations that you may have made. If you do not, all connection and return bookings shall be automatically cancelled.
Visa Arrangement
Arranging a landing visa through us is extremely simple. You can do this by send us an email or FAX with the following details:
Your full name as appear in Passport.
Date of Birth & Nationality
Passport Number; Date of issue and expire
Arrival flight: Number, ETA and date
We will help you with the application and send you a document to help you check-in and boarding. On your arrival at Tan Son Nhat Airport, we will greet you at the entrance of Arrival Hall in the Saigon Airport and help you receive your visa there. Please prepare 01 passport photos. Normal visas take three working days to process. Urgent visas can be process in 2 working days or less. We need at least 6 hours of a working day (from Monday to Friday) to process an urgent visa.
Vip Service
This service purpose is to have special treatment to your Presidents, Regional Directors i.e. VIPs who come to Vietnam on business. Using our service, your Managers or Directors can come to the Airplane Staircase to welcome the VIPs. Moreover, your VIPs will not be bothered by Custom Clearance & Immigration Procedures, as our staff will carry out those procedures. The service can be described as following:
Arrival
Your local personnels arrive at the Airport before the Airplane lands, rest in VIPs Room to wait for the airplane.
When the plane has landed, your local personnels will come to the Airplane Staircase to welcome the VIPs and bring them back to VIPs room. (We will arrange transportation inside the Airport).
The VIPs and your local personnels rest at the VIPs rooms, while our staffs are doing the Immigration & Custom Clearance. (in about 15-20minutes)
After clearing all the needed procedures, all the document and luggage will be brought back to VIP room for a check. We say good-bye to your group here. Services are completed. We will provide transportation from Airport into town upon your request (without extra charge).
Departure
Same as Arrival, our staff will carry out all Check-in, Custom, and Emigration Procedures while your guests stay at VIP room. Your guest won't have to be at the Airport 2 hours before departure as usual; they can arrive here only 30 minutes before departure.
