| Day 2 : HANOI - SIGHTSEEING |
Full day Hanoi sightseeing includes the Ho Chi Minh complex Mausoleum, former residence (house on stilts), One Pillar Pagoda. Continue to the Temple of Literature, the Lake of Restored Sword. Drop off at the Bustling Old quarter for self exploring Hanoi or shopping.

| Day 3 : HANOI - HALONG |

Drive to Halong (170 km). Board a wooden sailing junk for a cruise through magnificent Halong Bay, a UNESCO designated World Heritage site with thousands small islets emerging from emerald clear water. Drop anchor for a silent night on Halong Bay. Overnight on Junk

| Day 4 : HALONG BAY - NINH BINH |
Wake up for a fresh coffee and a wholesome breakfast before we cruising to see another part of the bay on the way back to Halong City. Lunch. Return to wharf. Enjoy the 200km journey through the rich farmlands of the Red River Delta to Ninh Binh. Overnight in Ninh Binh.

| Day 5 : NINH BINH - SIGHTSEEING |
Heading to Van Lam Village, board a small sampan for a spectacular 3-hour cruise through numerous waterways, beautiful rural landscape of limestone cliffs and tranquil scenes of rice field rural life, to the stunning Tam Coc Cave. Lunch at a local restaurant then visit Phat Diem Church, Covering an area of about 22 hectares, the site is a harmonious combination between European and Asian arts and is remarkable for its vast dimensions and unique architecture.The grand cathedral comprises of 6 churches that were built out mainly of stone, brick, and ceramic tiles. From lake to human-made mountains, there are rows of century-old trees casting a shadow on the stone- inlaid pavements with looming old ceramic roofs covered with green moss. Return to Hoa Lu ancient capital, visit temples dedicated to two ancient Vietnamese Kings.

| Day 6 : NINH BINH - DONG HOI |
Drive to Dong Hoi (398km) stop in Vinh for Lunch. Arrive Dong Hoi in the afternoon, check in hotel. Overnight in Dong Hoi.

| Day 7 : DONG HOI - PHONG NHA CAVE - HUE |
In the morning boat cruise along the Son River toward Phong Nha Cave, the largest and one of the most beautiful in Vietnam. Phong Nha Ke Bang is now the country's fifth UNESCO World Heritage site. Drive to Hue in the afternoon. Overnight in Hue.

In the morning boat cruise on the romantically named Perfume River, visit Hue's best-known religious site, Thien Mu Pagoda on the riverbank and the elaborate tomb of Emperor Tu Duc and the imperial Citadel. Continue to Hoi An by Car. Overnight in Hoi An.

| Day 9 : HOI AN - SIGHTSEEING |
Half day walking tour in Hoi An, was a major Asian trading port in the seventeenth and eighteenth centuries where architecture and relaxed lifestyle has changed little over the years. Take a walking tour of the ancient town center to visit former merchants' houses, the 400 year-old Japanese Covered Bridge and the colourful market. | Day 10 : HOI AN - QUI NHON |

Drive to Qui Nhon (300km). Stop en route at Sa Huynh Beach and Tam Quan. You can view the daily lives of rural villagers processing cassava, farming rice and weaving grass. Stop along the way at the Banh It Cham Towers. Overnight in Qui Nhon.

Drive to Nha Trang passes through some of the most beautiful stretches of coastline in Vietnam. Stop at a Cham ruin near Tuy Hoa and Dai Lanh Beach to enjoy the turquoise waters. Overnight in Nhatrang.

| Day 12 : NHA TRANG - BOAT CRUISE |

Enjoy Nha Trang turquoise waters and white sandy beaches with a morning boat cruise offshore island in Nha Trang Bay. In the afternoon city tour includes the Po Nagar Cham Towers and Long Son Pagoda with its enormous white Buddha statue. Overnight in Nhatrang.

| Day 13 : NHA TRANG - DALAT |

Drive up to cool hills station of Dalat, stop to visit the 14th century Po Klong Garai Cham Tower. Dalat was Established as a hill station at the beginning of the century, Dalat is reminiscent of an alpine town with its French chalets and pine forests. On arrival Dalat visit Tuyen Lam Lake, Truc Lam Zen Monastery, former Emperor Bao Dai's summer residence, the old Dalat Railway Station, Xuan Huong Lake. Overnight in Dalat.

Visit Dalat central market before descending to Ho Chi Minh City. En route visit Damri Waterfalls, tea and coffee plantation. Overnight in Ho Chi Minh City.

| Day 15 : HO CHI MINH CITY - CU CHI TUNNELS |

A morning city tour of dynamic Ho Chi Minh City (still called Saigon by many locals), takes in the former Presidential Palace, the Notre Dame Cathedral, Old Saigon Post Office, Thien Hau Pagoda in the city's bustling Chinatown. In the afternoon, travel to Cu Chi, visit the amazing 200km long underground tunnel system built by Communist soldiers which served as hiding place, storage hall, medical center, dormitory for guerrillas during the Vietnam War. Overnight in Ho Chi Minh City.

| Day 16 : HO CHI MINH CITY - MEKONG DELTA - HO CHI MINH CITY |

Leave HCMC in the morning for the three-hour drive to Cai Be with a stop at Cao Dai temple in Ben Luc. Continue to Cai Be. From Cai Be we take a boat trip to obtain an insight into the day-to-day lives of the people living on the Mekong River. Visit a rice paper and a popcorn family enterprise and the colorful and bustling Cai Be floating market. Through the Binh Hoa Phuoc canal we cruise to an island, where we stop at a local house in Vinh Long surrounded by orchards and bonsai trees to attend a traditional music show performed by the locals. Having lunch prepared and served by a local family. Return to HCMC late in the afternoon. Overnight in Ho Chi Minh City.
